Workouts Leading to Headaches

Hey FB fam!

I'm not sure if anyone else experiences this and could maybe give me tips, but when the workout involves a lot of pushing up, or using core to lift myself up (crunches, lifting etc) it seems to trigger tension headaches the next day that begins from around the shoulder up to my neck.

Is there a technique that could help me reduce this strain? Is it my form?
