Switching it up a bit

SO I was going to Do the April Challenge the next couple weeks but with everything going on and a schedule change to a 5 day work week I am super exhausted. I decided to do 20ish minute FB workouts because I love them so much and wanted in my gut to learn to love myself so I found Boho Beautiful on youtube. I foud their 2 week 2020 challenge and decided to add them in with FB. I am on Day two and keeping with it. I just didn't feel up to 60 minute workouts. I have become stagnant on my improvement of core stregnth for my scoliosis so I wanted to change it up a bit. Lets see where this goes. Plus the scenery in her videos are amazing and relaxing!!!
