Struggling pharmacy student trying to get back on track

Any one have any advice on how to overcome plateaus and rebounds? Fitness blender helped me lose over 80 lbs. I went from 210 to 130 at my best. Im back at 150 after gaining it all back. I don't eat unheatlhy. I will admit I do not work out as much, but im overall consistent. I barely eat processed food and no soda for more than 5 years. I am a little fustrated because I know the stress has taken a toll on my body and it has deterred me to my weakest point where Im getting down on myself. I've worked on destressing but the stress is overwhelming.

Any advice?
