Eating Tips

Hello to all you amazing people. I need your help.

I am NOT new to exercising. I actually thoroughly enjoy working out and I have a pretty good routine going. I use to struggle a lot and getting myself to workout was difficult. However, that is no longer the case.

My problem is with eating. Ever since I was little I remember not being able to control myself with some foods. I don’t starve myself or anything like that after. But I do feel bad because I know it’s not good for my body.

I just can’t control my snacking. Wether that be good snacks or bad snacks. I use to do pretty good when I was working and had a good routine going. But this quarantine is messing me up. I see food and I just devour it.

I guess my question is, with being at home, how do you guys control your eating? I would love any tips. Any help is truly appreciated.

I’m trying not to stress about it but I have lost a few pounds and I don’t want to gain them back. Ultimately I just wanna do what’s good for me.
