Eating after a workout

Hey all!

Someone else may have very well already had a post about this, but I didn't see one right away after a quick search. I know Daniel and Kelli always say to drink lots of water and have a healthy snack or meal after working out, but I have trouble eating after workouts. I always give myself at least a little while to cool down, but even 30 minutes or an hour later, my stomach is still bloated and eating is not what sounds good. I usually do it anyways, but is that actually good for me? Do others have this problem, too?
