Healthy eating for weight loss advice?

Hi there,

My husband and I just started the low impact workout program and are on our 3rd week. It has already been such a positive change for us especially with Covid-19 happening, this is an amazing stress reliever.

I have gained about 50lbs over the past 2 years and due to my short stature, it has really impacted my overall self image in a negative way. I am so thankful for fitness blender, this is certainly more than just working out, Kelli and Daniel's approach to fitness is so positive and encouraging.

I am wondering if people can help us out with some healthy, easy meal ideas to help us in getting started with weight loss.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
