The Importance of Rest

With the launch of our latest 1000 calorie workout yesterday, we just wanted to send out a quick reminder that we always need to make sure that we are giving our muscles ample rest in between demanding workouts.

Do your best, push yourself, but listen to and respect your body's signals. This goes for before, during, and after your workouts.
