I think I may be the only person on FB that hates ab workouts! ;) I just would so much rather be doing squats or arnold presses or HIIT or literally anything else. Add to that the fact that Daniel and Kelli are always saying we can work our cores by engaging those muscles while doing all of the other exercises, and I just wonder if I even need to do it anyway. As it is now, I largely steer clear but occasionally throw in a 10-15 min ab burnout after HIIT or whatever else. What do you guys think?
