Mid way into my first Fitness Blender program and feeling great!

Going into Day 13 of the Bodyweight 2 workout program and I've lost 5 pounds so far while improving my stamina. Feels amazing to go down rather than up and up for a change! I think it can also really improve mental state during this difficult climate as a fun project to focus on. Also, Kelli and Daniel are really great, easy going coaches so thanking them for that! There's so many coaches out there who are just super intense which can be a bit flattening.

Can't recommend Fitness Blender enough to friends and family. I'll post my finish result at the end of the program :) Cheers!
