Getting back with workouts

Yeah I have been gone for awhile. I had almost 5 weeks long flu. So 4 weeks not doing workouts at all, just walking and resting. Feeling little bit better now, so back in track. Baby steps, low impact no jumping. And now with the corona I have to stay home maybe for 2 months, cause where I work,we don't have costumers. I can go back to work when this is all over. So now I have time to my self. Hope you all feeling good! 😘
