Seeing changes

So today was a lower body strength day and oh boy, walking up the stairs is like climbing MT Everest right now lol. Even without the weights I was shaking and feeling the burnnnn. I've seen some significant changes to my body in the last few weeks, my biceps are becoming even more defined and my lower body has gained a little more muscle.

I have noticed that for a while that I kind of neglected my core for a while and I haven't seen many changes there for around 5 months, so to combat this I have decided to make at least 1 core day in my routine to give them a little bit of love. My core is already a little bit toned anyway because I would usually combine upper + core days together but I thought that a 30 min session would probably benefit them a bit more :)
