Its Sunday evening where I am so you know what that means... time to think about the week ahead!

Still not going too hard on myself as my hubby now has the cold I fought for 2 weeks and I'll likely be the sole parent for a while.

Eat at least 3 servings of veggies each day (I've been slacking at this).

Drink more water!
