7/5 workout days complete - and a cute extra!

Well somehow this week I managed to finish up FB Burn R2 (which was my first ever program and I love to revisit it) and I also completed 7 workout days! My target is 5 days, hence why I put 7 out of 5 days complete in my title!

Even though we’re in lockdown, my days seem to be hectic and I struggle to get workouts in sometimes!

Tomorrow I’m moving onto a week of my own workout mashups, before heading into Abs! Which I’m very much looking forward to.

Oh, also a cute bonus from my walk this evening. SO FLUFFY 💗
