First HIIT, then Core Work


Rotational jump squats and lunges, whoa, gotta keep your toes on the balance! Normally I enjoy HIIT mixed through out in a core routineto keep that heart rate up, but thus time I'm glad I got all the HIIT out of the way before a thorough core workout. That way i felt I could better focus on my core form. All in all, a great and effective workout!!
