I've just started with fitness blender and my goal is to increase flexibility, strength, and to slim down. My flexibility is quite poor, so my question is, if I want to add in a flexibility routine to my day, in addition to my regular workout routine--when is it best to do so? Before or after my workout? Also, I have weak wrists and chronic hand/wrist pain from years of playing musical instruments combine with carpal tunnel--any advice on strengthening my hands and wrists? Any exercises that require me to place body weight on my hands (push ups, downward dog, etc) are almost unbearable.
