FB LI R2-Day 13

Hey everyone!

Today marks two weeks down in the program, we are half way there!

Yesterday I had a really tough day mentally, so I took the day to relax and let myself sit on the couch and do nothing. Some times you just need that you know?

Today I'm feeling back to myself. I had skipped the upper body and planned to do it yesterday, so today I doubled up and did upper body plus the recovery workout.

Feeling great for completing two weeks! Excited for the next workout on Monday.

Hope you are all hanging in there and be easy on yourself if there are days that you just don't have motivation to do anything. This is a hard time for all of us but we are in it together 😊
