Too many programs. Much confusion.

When you have nothing, you crave for just one.

When you have many, you wonder what to savour and what not to.

I have FB Fit2, Bodyweight2, Strong, Low Impact and FB30 Round 3.

I'm a relatively intermediate exerciser, looking forward to losing weight. I eat just fine. Not pressed for time. Which one do I start with?

At the moment the excuses I have are -

1. Any workout video exceeding 30-35 minutes puts me off.

2. I love strength training and pilates.

3. I have feeble motivation.
