Feeling good

Today was a total body cardio day and I have to admit that I was slightly exhausted afterwards. Due to the pain I've been having this week it's been really hard to find motivation to get all of my workouts in but I keep reminding myself of that feeling of after the workout and how good it is to know that you're done :)

I've also been a bit naughty this week by eating a bit of chocolate on a regular basis but other than that the rest of my meals have been as healthy as possible so I don't see it as a huge problem, but it has made my pain a little bad as result of this.

I was considering doing a HIIT workout instead of regular cardio but with the decrease in motivation I had this week, it would've just felt like torture to do it and so I decided on a more fun workout instead.
