My bodyweight on the bar. :)

Wahooo, yesterday I got a couple extra plates for my barbell from my brother! Upgrade from 123 lbs to 182 lbs, which is more than my current bodyweight. I am really glad, since the rep numbers per set for my heavy compound lifts were way too high already, somewhere between 20 and 30 for bench press, squads, deadlifts etc. Looking forward to some nice progress and significantly shorter workouts during the next weeks. :)
