Work out A.M. vs. P.M.

When it was just me at home during the day, I really enjoyed working out about an hour after I ate my breakfast. I felt I had energy to workout and it was a good break in my morning between studying/homework.

Now with everyone home with me, I don't have the luxury of that workout time. I also am not good at waking up earlier than I have to because I have a toddler that hates sleep 😁. So this week I've experimented with working out about an hour after dinner and it seems to be going really well. Surprisingly I have energy to workout after playing with my son all day. I actually look forward to the alone time and it gives my husband some time with our son without me. (My son has been favoring me recently).

Hopefully this energy in the evening continues!
