Working and Working Out from Home

With so many of us now working (or studying or managing a family) from home, it is important to remember how vital exercise and eating well are to our overall health and wellness, especially during times of stress and change.

A small silver lining to the cloud we find ourselves in at the moment is that, “working out at home is a seriously convenient, excuse-busting, money-saving option.” We’ve got this!

It’s so easy to feel overwhelmed, so sticking to routines and getting your workouts in is more important than ever. Let those endorphins do their work!

Seriously, working out has such amazing physical benefits, including providing much-needed boosts to immunity. Exercise also helps keep you grounded, helps you focus, helps reduce stress, and simply makes you feel good.

So, as you’re planning your work-from-home day, make sure you have time built in to get a bit of movement. You won’t regret it. And with all the proven benefits of physical activity on workplace productivity, your employers will thank you too.
