Hey fbfamily! Missing you guys terribly. I did get my MRI results and I do have a tear in my labrum. Currently doing therapy but my hopes for it to help are very low. Horrible pain during and after. My hip specialist said we could try an injection next 😣 Not happy but it beats surgery, which I am trying to avoid right now. So So busy.
