Hello, I was wondering if anyone who has done the FB eating plan can let me know of their results. I have always exercised 5-6 days a week and am doing FB burn two now. I do not eat much at all and have just stared to eat a small amount of chicken for breakfast, chicken and salad for lunch (small portion) and chicken wrapped in lettuce for dinner. I know I need to eat more but am nervous of what to eat. Has anyone else been in this position and done the FB eating plan with good results. Thank so much for your time and I look forward to any comments. PS I am in New Zealand so may have to sub some of the food items as we often do not have the same as the US..Once again thank you.
