Overtraining?

Hey everyone, just wondering what people would deem as overtraining with the lockdown in place?

I've been working out every day, not feeling too sore and doing different upper/lower/total workouts. Doing roughly 40-60mins and then taking my kids for a half hour walk most days. Fitbit says my burn for the workout/walking is roughly 500-600 cals(I know this is probably an overestimation)

Scales and measurements haven't moved in 2 weeks however.

Any thoughts/advice? I find it really hard to not workout when I know I'm gunna be sedentary most of the day.
