Feeling Better! Time to Get Back to It!

As some of you know, last week I was diagnosed with mono. I definitely had it in previous weeks. I hadn't felt myself at all. Now, thankfully, I'm feeling a lot better. No more sore throat. No more cough. Just some lingering tiredness that is inevitable.

My eating has been pretty good. It's a start. I've been having fruity pebbles for breakfast almost every morning, as my typical eggs just haven't sounded that appetizing. Anyone team childhood cereal for breakfast? Haha! Other than that, I've been snacking on fruit and incorporating a ton of veggies into my diet, as well as having my nightly dessert. I feel balanced.

As for working out, I think I'm going to start out with a morning grounding walk. Does anyone practice grounding? Walking without shoes is just an example of it. After this, if I'm feeling up to it, I'm going to do either level 1 workouts or workouts from low impact :)
