FB LI R2-Day 10

We finally made it to April! Who else thought that was the longest March ever?!

Today I completed day 10 of LI R2. Lots of cardio today, but I needed that after sitting all day.

Do you find you’ve been snacking more since social distancing started or is your diet pretty much the same?

I would say mine is about the same. When this first started I was eating tons of chips, but I find now I have stopped snacking so much.
