Seated Upper Body Workout

Hello everyone :D

I hope someone can help me with a few suggestions which FB Upper body strength workouts (or other workouts too) might work well when seated?

I had knee surgery two weeks ago and want to add some upper body strength training to my physiotherapy exercises. However, I don't yet dare to use my dumbbells when standing because I don't want to damage my already instable knee.
