Hey Everyone,

I´ve got another Workout Complete :)

Today was upper body strength and oh boy did I miss the feeling of lifting heavy(ish). I´ll surely gonna feel that tomorrow.

I´m a little scare about tomorrow since it´s gonna be HIIT and my endurance pretty much sucks at the moment. I foresee a sweat puddle on the floor with me laying (dying) in it ^^

How´s everyone doing?

What are your thoughts on FB Plus so far? I´m still trying to decide whether I want to join.

Question for all the US girls out there which has nothing to do with working out but I don´t want to open a new thread...

Have you tried Kristen Ess or Ouia hair care products and what are your thoughts about them?
