Any tips?

Hello blenders

So a while back I mentioned that I had some stomach pain that made core workouts a huge no no, so I was focusing on arms and legs instead. The pain that I was dealing with was some IBS pain and flare ups and I'll tell you now it's not great. Recently I've had more flare ups and it's starting to affect my everyday life a little bit. I've noticed that I'm tired 24/7 even when I get 7-8 hours sleep and it's stopped me from working out this morning because I just didn't have any energy in me. I am still able to workout but just not on my core at the moment but the lack of energy that I've had today just stopped me.

I was wondering if anyone has any tips on how they deal with their IBS pain and how they cope with it. Obviously each method will vary from each person but a few suggestions may be helpful.
