I’m proud of myself

It’s been a hard month for everyone. And like a lot of people, I’ve been struggling with a resurgence of anxiety and depression. There were many days when the last thing I wanted to do was a workout.

But I think what’s really helped me has been just making myself do anything once a day. And every time I do, I feel at least a little better afterward. I’m proud of myself for pushing through.

Seeing this, and how I’ve prioritized my own health and well being through this whole mess, really drives home how far I’ve come :)
