Just the idea of having a 2-person accountability group got me motivated to get my workout done today. Amazing what a little inspiration can do!
That being said, this is what I did:

It was just enough, and I loved it! Scheduling a few 10 minute videos is a good idea, and I find little gems along the way, videos I didn't know existed, like the ones I did this morning.
