Boring rest day

So today I woke up at 8am feeling very tired and run down I couldn't even bare to get dressed and go for my isolated morning walk, so I chose today to be my rest day, 9 hours later I feel awful, so bored but cant wait to get back to a nice sweaty workout tomorrow! My hamstring was pulling slightly causing mild back pain yesterday so I did feel a rest was needed but I'm going to do: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/stretching-pilates-yoga-workout-blend-relaxing-stretching-routine-to-relieve-stress-and-back-pain this stretching routine after a nice hot bath to hopefully make me feel better :)
