Hi guys how is everybody doing? I wanted to share my 8 weeks of progress with you. For the past few weeks we are all locked up in our homes and I know that it can be frustrating sometimes. But we can still be active. I live in Turkey and this virus hit us about a month ago, like everybody else I'm locked in my apartment too. During these weeks I did a lot of yoga and HIIT (it is my favorite type of exercise) I am really happy to see results both in mirror and scale. I've lost 10 kg/22 lb .Today I started FB Burn Round 2 and I cannot wait to see the results. I hope you are all having a wonderful time!
