Lower back pain

I was about 8 minutes into my workout today, doing jumping jacks plus squat jacks when I felt a twinge in my lower back - almost like it gave out on me. Immediately felt painful so I stopped and tried to stretch it out, but the pain worsened when I did that. I am fine doing torso twists but as soon as a try and bend forward it hurts so much.

I feel so upset I could cry. I've been doing so well with my workouts and it's one of the only things that is keeping me sane during the lockdown. At the moment I couldn't even do any yoga/stretching routines.

Has anyone got any advice? I'm really scared right now that I'm going to be out of action for weeks.
