Moving a Day- Program

Hi All!

I just wanted to hear your thoughts on moving your program by one day on the calendar. I am trying to be really strict with myself and usually workout Wednesday-Sunday with how my work needs are.

I just finished FB 30 Round4 and moved it once- I skipped a day and continued the next day due to a personal issue. I think my OCD kicked in as i didn't like to do that and was really upset! I then started FB Sweat this week and could not work out yesterday and moved the day to today. It now makes me feel slightly bad which I know is probably ridiculous.

How do you all feel when you have to move it by a day? Do you feel it's fine especially when doing a program? I think a lot of it is in my head as it's the first time I have tried really hard to stick to a program and challenge myself. I would love to hear your thoughts!
