How many calories per day?

Hey guys! How is the FB family?!

So, out of curiosity, I decided to log in all the calories I ate today, just so I could maybe find how much I would eat on average. After I logged everything in, The result was 1,232 calories. I am currently doing FBFit and otherwise leading a very sedentary lifestyle thanks to the pandemic, I am a teenager and I was wondering if the amount of calories I am consuming is enough to lose weight, gain endurance and overall: achieve any fitness goals. I tried researching, but ultimately decided that the FB community page was the most reliable and I was going to as you guys, so if you have any thoughts or any advice in general, I would love to know!
