So today I went for a walk with my family today just to get some fresh air and clear our minds from all that's going on in the world. One thing that I did not expect was that this walk would eventually turn into a hike and OH BOY did my legs burnnnnnnn!!!! I guess the fact that my legs being sore from yesterdays workout was probably not brilliant for a hike but oh well, I enjoyed it.
Tomorrow is upper body day which I am looking forward to, but it's nice to just step outside and get some fresh air every now and then (whilst also staying 2 meters apart from people).
