Planning Pandemic Workouts

I'm lucky enough to still be working, and now that my schedule is out it's time to build myself a workout program. I just finished the FB Plus two week challenge and it was great.

I'll stick to D&K's tried and true:

Day 1 lower body with HIIT

Day 2 upper body

Day 3 HIIT & abs

Day 4 total body, something fun like kickboxing or kettlebell

Day 5 lower body, maybe lighter HIIT

Day 6 stretch

Day 7 rest

I'll probably go another rest day, then add a 1000 calorie workout... Followed by a rest day!
