Evidence of improved endurance

Today I did Day 50 of FB Fit Round 2, one of those 1000 cal workouts. I've done this 8-weeks program at least 4 times during the past 1.5 years and I was only able to burn around 650-700 cal with this particular video. Today I burned 934 cal! That means that now I was able to work harder and to burn almost 200-300 extra cal in the same amount of time.

For me that's evidence of an improved endurance and it made me feel so happy and accomplished :)
