Need help with food choices

Hey guys. So I’m a vegetarian and I have been now for 4 years and I like it but my problem is ever since I stopped eating meat my junk food habits have more than doubled. There are more than a few days where I will snack constantly on chips or sweets and I would refuse to eat a whole meal. I’ve always had issues with food even when I was eating meat and still was snacking a lot. I would really love to shed some pounds but I really need to stop eating so much junk food. I eat fruits and veggies regularly and I’m a heavy water drinker daily. Any suggestions on how to curb these junk food cravings?
