Does anyone exercise as soon as they wake up everyday and find out that it works for them? When I exercise after work there are times where I seem to find a way to put it off or something comes up
I would rather get it out the way before I start my day so I know it's done, but I panic that it may not give me the best results. I don't just mean cardio - I mean strength and HIIT too.
Does anyone do this and does it work better for them?
