Self-approval and self-acceptance in the now are the main keys to positive changes in every area of our lives.
Today is the last Day of Blend. I think I am going to take a rest day instead and finish the program tomorrow.
I will work on house cleaning, baking cookies and getting things ready for Savannah coming home this afternoon.
