Lower back pain from sitting most of the day

Hi everyone, I hope you are all doing well. I am thinking now that I'm working from home I am sitting a lot more than I used to, and I think it's contributing to my lower back pain. I thought I injured myself last week (I started the FB low impact program, then started working from home and my back really hurt) and took a week off to recover, but now I'm thinking it's just from sitting for a long time - the pain isn't really going away. It's better, but it's still there. I also don't have a great chair and know my posture isn't great. I did some stretching here and there that seemed to help. This is also the first time I've ever had back pain this long. I'm a little nervous to start exercising again and wanted to ask if anyone had recommendations for what I should begin with?
