I’ve seen a lot of posts from people new to FitnessBlender and some who are beginners to working out, so I thought I’d share this workout with you all. I think it’s great for those who want a beginner workout.

I got in my workout complete even with a pulled tendon! I actually got in a workout complete every day this week, so far, so I’m elated! I took a week off and tried to rest my ankle as much as possible per the doctor’s orders, but this week, he’s allowed me to do some low impact stuff and this combination was great! The warm up was low impact enough that I could do some of the exercises standing and the upper body/core workout was done mostly sitting and lying down, so no problems there. My ankle felt fine after and I even got in a bit of a sweat! I’m so glad to be working out again and surprised that though I’m doing no HIIT or cardio whatsoever, I can still get pretty sore.

Wishing you all safety, peace and comfort during these difficult times. ❤️❤️❤️
