I have been using fitness blender for almost 10 months (as of yesterday) and I have been considering doing a 1000 calorie challenge at some point in the future. In all honesty I have no clue if I would last the whole hour so even if I do just 30 mins of it I would be so proud of myself for even attempting it, and maybe later on I will be able to do the whole video.
I'm thinking about scheduling it for next week but if I don't feel up to it I may just do a regular HIIT workout instead. I do feel ready for this and if I manage to do some of it, I will be sure to post my achievement on the community page. If anyone has any tips on doing the challenge I would love to hear it :)
