Another one bites the dust....

Workout of 1000 calories done and dusted and put to sleep!

Great choice, Magda. I thought it was a lot of fun even if the HIIT started off with some whoppers and I was like, WHOA! But I picked it up, went with it and had a blast! The workout flew by.

Yay! Here's to me feeling strong and accomplished! To those of you about to tackle it, good luck and have fun!!
