Yay!!! I feel like I am 95% better! Today I didn't have to nap when my son did and we went outside THREE times! I played with him all day without feeling fatigued!
So tomorrow I'm going to do one of the 3 day flexibility challenge videos. I want to start the Bodyweight program but day one is a 4/5 HIIT and that's just not a good idea after being off for a week. So I'll likely do some independent workouts until I start Bodyweight Monday 😁😁😁😁
