Yesterday I was given some chard and until now I have never eaten it. This is very unusal, because the area I live in Croatia this is one of the most common veggie.
I know that chard is mostly eaten with potatoes ang eggs, unfortunately I don't have any potatoes and didn't want to go out to buy some, especially because I don't know if my small shop has any. So I googled and found a risotto recipe. And here we go, yummy, tasty and filling.
