Anxiety got the best of me for a week, but I'm back!

Project deadlines are coming up and I've been super stressed the last week. My old response has been to isolate myself, stop working out, and eat comforting junk food. But, I've REALLY been trying to resist that and I'm happy to say I've pushed past the worst of it without completely falling off. I've restarted my programs, but I'm focused more on my growth and victory over anxiety than on having to start over (as I think it's the best decision). I truly have missed y'all! I'm happy to be back and taking in all of your progress and hard work.
