FB Strong Day 24 - **March Challenge**

Hello March warriors~

Welcome to DAY Twenty-Four of our challenge (to stay accountable and consistent in exercising during March)!

So today I decided to try upping my weights by A LOT - with good form, of course - and found out I can do it! I kind of wish I had a full length mirror in the living room, but by this last week I've become familiar with what "feels right" and what doesn't, so I know I won't be hurting myself!

I also remembered what it feels like to lift something ACTUALLY heavy instead of something I THOUGHT was heavy lol. Instead of thinking I cheated myself out of 3 weeks of exercise, I'm not feeling the least bit guilty because my goal was CONSISTENCY, and thank God (and thanks to you guys) I am attaining it :)
